 Although the temperature on;y dropped to 9 deg C. the cold easterly wind seems to be deterring most moths flying. Last night there were only 11 moths of eight species in the three traps, but there were three NFY.

A slightly odd day, in that I had one trap with nothing, while the other four all contributed quite well. The one that missed out was my 80W no1 in the vegetable garden. This might be good news for the cabbages. One micro and three macros NFY. One of those days when both Hebrew Character and Setaceous Hebrew Character appeared, but unfortunately the Setaceous make a quick escape as I lined up a photo.
