 There were four traps. A 125W Robinson in the Back Garden, a 125W MV Robinson in the Pond Garden, a 15W Actinic in the Front Garden, and a 80W MV Skinner in the Greenhouse Garden. Still not great. There were 18 moths of ten species with one NFY.

 here were four traps. A 125W Robinson in the Back Garden, a 125W MV Robinson in the Pond Garden, a 15W Actinic in the Front Garden, and a 80W MV Skinner in the Greenhouse Garden. After yesterday I expected quite a good catch, but I was wrong. Just ten moths of eight species with one NFY.

 Saturday was coolish with a cold breeze. The night only fell to 9 deg C. but it remained quite breezy and there were few moths, with none in the Greenhouse garden trap. There were only eight moths of four species (all Orthosias) with one NFY.
