 Four traps. A 125W Robinson in the Back Garden, a 125W MV Robinson in the Pond Garden, a 15W Actinic in the Front Garden, and a 80W MV Skinner in the Greenhouse Garden. Dull, slightly damp, but mild night. There were 28 moths of 15 species with three NFY.

 The wind dropped last night but was still a very chilly NE . I ran all five traps and fared a little better than the previous night with 23 moths of  15 species including 3 NFY, one of which was also NFS.

Although there are still very few moths venturing out in the cold air stream there was another species on the earliest date caught here, this time the very common Heart and Dart. The previous earliest date was 26th April 2011, although in total there are very few April records, and then only irregularly until June.
