Species List for 16/10/2024

Two traps, an 80W MV Robinson in the Pond Garden and a 125W Robinson in the Back Garden. A very wet and warm night with a min temp of 15 deg C and a 8-10 mph SW wind. Numbers were lower than expected although the number of species was the highest since 4th Oct. There were 57 moths of 23 species including one NFY. A bonus was a quick view of the rather worn Oleander Hawk-moth, Daphnis nerii, that was found at Langdon Cliffs.
