The Pine Gardens - St Margaret's Bay a first Mothing Session 25/5/2018

Following up a contact from the gardens to the Kent Moth Group, Nigel Jarman and I had our first mothing session at the Garden on Friday 25th. We ran four MV traps until midnight, and also did a bit of netting in the gardens just before dark. We didn't record numbers but just the presence of species. The list isn't huge, but it is still May. There are a couple of micros to be identified and I will add these later. The plume, Adaina microdactyla, was new to me.
