Species List for 5/10/2016

Although the Convolvulus Hawk-moth had flown off high yesterday it re-appeared, this time in my 80W no1 by the pond.

The trap I have in the small vegetable garden has had very few moths for the last few days and I was thinking of retiring it for the winter, however today it yielded the first Green-brindled Crescent of the season.

Green-brindled Crescent

It has been a few days since the last Silver Y and the one today was very fresh.
