I've discovered that I've missed recording a couple of good moths on my data base. Both were photographed and appeared on my St Margaret's Photo Blog. The first was a beautiful Royal Mantle. I caught this on July 11th 2009, the middle night of the Village Garden Safari. I put it in the fridge to confirm the ID later and photographed it on the Monday, but forgot to add it to my note book. The other was a Wormwood, on July 31st 2008. again it went into the fridge to confirm the ID later and photograph, but the details failed to make my note book. This is a habit I must get out of, I need to check that there aren't too many garden ticks missing from my database! I think that this brings the total Macro species recorded in the garden to 398 (Including Grey/Dark Dagger that I have never separated).
