Species List for 31/5/2011

The third White Spot that I've caught, the others were on 23/6/06 and 8/5/07.

White Spot (Hadena albimacula)

This is a red data species with a stronghold on the chalk cliffs of the south coast. The larval food plant is Nottingham Catchfly (Silene nutans), caterpillars feed on the seeds at night.
