Wainscot

I caught this Wainscot last night. I think it is a Striped Wainscot, but this would be new to the garden. Comments welcome.



Wainscot on 2mm grid. It is about 16mm from wing tip to "snout".

    Looks very much like a Smoky Wainscot to me. But a bit too battered to be sure, though size and shape does fit....

    Hi Matt, I haven't shown the hind wing, but I did look and it wasn't a Smoky.
